About Us | xacoolpin
xacoolpin is a women’s apparel brand built around four core categories: jackets, cardigans, denim, and T-shirts. We design and produce small-batch collections for women who expect consistent fit, durable materials, and clear product information — without vague claims or seasonal noise.
Our History
xacoolpin was founded in 2019 by a small team with backgrounds in textile sourcing and specialty retail. The first collection included two jacket styles and three cardigans, produced with a single knitting partner in Portugal. In 2021, we added denim after two years of fit development and wash testing. In 2022, we introduced our first T-shirt program, using combed cotton and a pre-shrunk finish. Today, we work with six manufacturing partners across Portugal, Turkey, and Vietnam, and we ship to customers in 28 countries.
We are not a trend-driven label. We release new products in small batches, usually four to six times per year, and only after wear-testing and wash-testing are complete.
What We Make
Jackets
Our jackets are designed for transitional weather and daily wear. We use cotton-nylon blends, recycled polyester, and wool blends depending on the style. Standard details include YKK zippers, reinforced stress points, interior pockets, and DWR-treated options where specified. Each jacket is wear-tested for at least 30 days before production.
Cardigans
Our cardigans use merino wool, cotton-cashmere, and viscose blends. We focus on full-needle construction, ribbed cuffs and hems, and mother-of-pearl or corozo buttons. Fit is tested on multiple body types, and we publish exact garment measurements for every style.
Denim
Our denim is made from 11–13 oz fabric with 2–4% elastane for comfort and shape retention. We offer high-rise straight, wide-leg, and tapered fits. All denim is garment-washed, lockstitched at critical seams, and chain-stitched at the hem. We provide rise, inseam, and leg-opening measurements for each size.
T-shirts
Our T-shirts are cut from combed ring-spun cotton, 180–220 GSM, with Pima and Supima options. Features include shoulder-to-shoulder taping, ribbed collars, and a pre-shrunk finish. We test for shrinkage, colorfastness, and collar recovery after 20 washes.

Our Approach
We do not use vague sustainability language. We focus on durable construction, transparent materials, and accurate sizing. We do not release products to meet a calendar. We release them when they are ready.
We also do not use paid influencers or celebrity endorsements. Our growth has come from repeat customers, word of mouth, and search traffic from people looking for specific fits and fabrics.
